Empowering Youth Through Passion, Purpose, and Possibility

Welcome to Caring and Sharing Skills Unlimited, a nonprofit organization where youth are empowered, nurtured, and uplifted through the transformative experiences of sports, horsemanship, and mentorship. We believe in the power of skill-building to shape strong minds, confident hearts, and compassionate leaders. Whether it’s a child learning to dribble a basketball for the first time, riding a horse on open land, or stepping into a leadership role during camp, our mission is to offer life-changing programs that leave a lasting mark.
Our programs are open to all youth — regardless of background or skill level — and are designed to teach more than just athletics. We focus on life lessons: respect, responsibility, integrity, and perseverance. Every child that walks through our doors is seen, valued, and supported. From city gyms to country arenas, we meet them where they are and walk with them toward who they can become.
Join us as we build a community where young people grow not just in skill, but in soul. We invite you to become part of the Caring and Sharing Skills Unlimited family — as a participant, parent, mentor, sponsor, or supporter. Together, we can create brighter futures for the next generation.

Our Mission

Our mission is to be a dynamic, inspiring force for positive change in our community. We do this by offering development programs that are clear in purpose, accessible in design, and transformative in impact. Through mentorship, basketball, rodeo activities, and life coaching, we create safe spaces for young people to dream bigger, work harder, and become the best versions of themselves.

Our Vision

Our vision is to empower young people with a skill set that strengthens them from the inside out. Through the powerful combination of sports and horses, we help youth gain confidence, resilience, and purpose. We envision children who grow up with the tools to pursue their passions, stand tall in their values, and thrive in every area of their lives — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

You’re always welcome here.
