Caring and Sharing Skills Unlimited began with a simple but powerful idea: that youth deserve the tools and support to rise. Founded by Madine Kelly and guided by a team of coaches, rodeo professionals, and community mentors, our organization blends sports training, country life skills, and character-building into programs that inspire transformation. What started as a vision to help a few local kids has grown into a movement that reaches youth across Texas and Mississippi.
We believe in doing more than teaching drills. We build relationships, foster leadership, and guide young people toward healthy, purposeful lives. We focus on each child’s growth not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Through our sports camps, equine programs, and mentoring initiatives, we provide experiences that are hands-on, heart-led, and deeply impactful.
Our team includes seasoned professionals with decades of combined experience. Coach Kelli Griffin, a former Baylor University point guard, leads our basketball training programs with energy and excellence. Coach Glen “Griff” Griffin brings his military discipline and fatherly mentoring into every session. Coach Davenger “Sippi” Griffin shares his knowledge of rodeo and ranch life, while Jasmine Griffin helps anchor our family outreach and camp structure. Together, this team models strength, care, and commitment.
