PROGRAMS & SERVICES

Basketball Development Camps

Our basketball camps are designed for every level — from first-time players to rising stars. Led by elite coaches who have played and coached at the NCAA level, these camps emphasize both fundamentals and advanced skills. Students train in shooting, ball handling, rebounding, defensive awareness, and game strategy. But they also learn how to stay disciplined, how to lead with humility, and how to communicate on and off the court.

Kelli Griffin, who once ran the court as point guard at Baylor University, brings her college experience and teaching expertise to every session. She is known for motivating youth, not by yelling, but by connecting. Coach Griff and Coach Sippi round out the team, each contributing deep knowledge of game development, mental toughness, and leadership habits.

These camps take place throughout the year in cities like Houston and Brookhaven. Each participant leaves with more than improved skills — they leave with a renewed belief in their own potential.

Rodeo and Horsemanship

We also offer programs for kids who connect with the open land, the roar of a crowd at a rodeo, or the quiet confidence that comes from riding a horse. In our rodeo and horsemanship tracks, children learn barrel racing, bull dogging, team roping, and animal care. They learn not only how to compete, but how to honor the land, respect the animals, and trust their own strength.

Young girls like Maddyson Griffin lead the way in barrel racing, while younger siblings like Denver are already being scouted in the rodeo world. These stories are proof of the impact of early exposure and structured coaching.

Rodeo teaches risk management, patience, and grace under pressure — and every skill learned in the arena can be applied in life.

Summer Camps

Each summer, we host day camps that combine fun with focus. These camps welcome children from all walks of life — especially those from under-resourced communities — and offer a mix of sports, outdoor education, teamwork games, and mentorship. Kids might start the day brushing horses, spend the afternoon learning how to plant vegetables, and finish with a basketball scrimmage or storytelling circle under the sun.

We believe that children thrive when they are seen, challenged, and celebrated. Our camps are rich in values, diverse in activities, and filled with opportunities for growth. We also provide meals, equipment, and adult supervision — all in a safe, nurturing setting.

Mentorship & Leadership

Skill is nothing without character — and that’s why mentorship is at the heart of everything we do. We invest deeply in building personal connections with our participants. Many of our coaches have overcome adversity, and they share their wisdom freely.

We offer leadership development sessions, life coaching circles, and one-on-one guidance. Whether it’s talking through a tough moment, helping with a school goal, or discussing spiritual grounding, our mentors are present, compassionate, and real.

The goal is to help our youth not just succeed — but to lead with empathy and strength.
